Farm visits, events, animal interactions, lodging, pool use, private gatherings, tours, workshops, and other activities may be governed by additional rules, policies, contracts, releases, or waivers.

• animal-interaction requirements;

• event policies;

• lodging or rental agreements;

• pool rules;

• biosecurity requirements;

• staff instructions;

• safety notices; and

• releases or waivers presented before or during your visit.
   

If another written agreement conflicts with these general Terms, the more specific agreement will control for the applicable booking, event, product, or activity.
 

Outdoor and Farm Conditions

Big Cedars Farm is an active rural property. Conditions may include gravel, grass, hills, uneven ground, mud, insects, wildlife, livestock, farm equipment, changing weather, natural debris, outdoor facilities, and other conditions commonly associated with farms and outdoor properties.
 

Visitors are responsible for evaluating whether the property and planned activities are appropriate for themselves and members of their party. Appropriate clothing and closed-toe or activity-appropriate footwear may be required.
 

Animals

Animals may behave unpredictably. No website description, staff instruction, or prior animal behavior can guarantee how an animal will behave during a visit.

Visitors must follow all posted rules and staff directions and must not enter restricted animal areas, feed animals, touch animals, open gates, climb fences, or interact with animals unless expressly permitted.

Prices and Payments

Prices are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated. Prices, fees, deposits, taxes, and availability may change before a transaction is completed.
 

Payments may be processed through Wix or a third-party payment provider. Big Cedars Farm does not necessarily receive or store complete payment-card information.
 

You agree to provide accurate billing and contact information and represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted.
 

Deposits, Cancellations, and Refunds

Deposits, retainers, reservation payments, cancellation deadlines, rescheduling rules, and refunds may vary by event, rental, product, or service.

The specific cancellation or refund terms shown during checkout, registration, booking, or contracting will apply to that transaction. Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, payments are not refundable merely because a guest chooses not to attend or use a reservation.
 

Processing fees and third-party service fees may be nonrefundable.
 

Weather and Property Conditions

Farm activities and events may be affected by rain, heat, cold, wind, storms, flooding, power interruptions, road conditions, animal needs, or other circumstances outside our control.
 

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable event or booking terms, events may proceed during rain or other ordinary weather conditions. Big Cedars Farm may modify, postpone, relocate, restrict, or cancel an activity when it determines that safety, property conditions, animal welfare, staffing, or operational needs require it.
 

Any refund, credit, or rescheduling option will be governed by the policy applicable to the particular event or booking.
 

Third-Party Booking and Service Platforms

The website may contain links to Airbnb, Vrbo, Wix, payment processors, social-media platforms, event services, lodging platforms, photographers, vendors, or other third parties.
 

Transactions completed through a third-party platform are also subject to that platform’s terms, privacy practices, fees, cancellation rules, and dispute procedures. Big Cedars Farm is not responsible for the operation, security, availability, or content of an independent third-party platform.
 

User Submissions

When you submit an inquiry, review, testimonial, photograph, comment, form, or other content, you represent that:

• the information is accurate;

• you have the right to provide it;

• it does not violate another person’s rights;

• it is not unlawful, threatening, defamatory, deceptive, or harmful; and

• it does not contain malicious code or unauthorized advertising.
   

Submitting an inquiry does not create a reservation, contract, confidential relationship, or obligation to provide services. A booking is confirmed only after all required agreements, approvals, and payments have been completed.
 

Acceptable Website Use

You may not:

• use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;

• interfere with the website’s operation or security;

• attempt to gain unauthorized access to an account or system;

• introduce viruses, malicious code, or automated attacks;

• scrape or copy website content through unauthorized automated means;
